Developer Dudley Webb is a who’s who in Lexington, Kentucky, and has been for decades. He has a great personality, on the chill spectrum, and makes you feel welcome in his time and space. I can’t imagine him raising his voice—that type of chill. Seems to be a happy person.
He took us on a tour of City Center, us being photographer Keni Parks and editor Megan Hillenmeyer, and me. It was raining. It was still a good day, though. No cubicles on a construction site!
Coolest fact: His mother-in-law was a governor of Kentucky. He calls her Governor. How fun is that?!
